Post Equipment Corp. has many different departments. There is the metal recycling department, parts, the shop, sales, and a manufacturing division called Ironwood 53. With all the different departments, there’s a lot going on and sometimes competition between departments. To keep everyone focused on the company as a whole, our “numbers guy”, Keith, came up with an idea that we now call the #OneUdder speech. What does it mean? It means that Post Equipment is like an udder on a dairy cow and every department is a teat on that udder. So when one teat/department is hurting so is the whole udder/company or if one teat on the udder is celebrating success the whole udder is there to support and celebrate with them. All in all we are one company focused on giving our customers the best service possible! Stay #OneUdder strong! 🙂
