JOB DESCRIPTION

Work alongside each division of Post Equipment in various responsibilities to support daily operations – including but not limited to the following:

RESPONSIBILITIES

Reception/Clerical

    • Answer phone calls and transfer to the correct department – parts, sales, shop
    • Sort and deliver incoming mail and collect and send outgoing mail
    • Greet customers and direct them to where they need to go
    • Run credit card payments and apply to Quick Books

Whole Goods 

  • Assist with managing CRM – help ensure that it is up to date
  • Assist in collecting payments
  • Manage promotional materials – keep vendor brochures/sales folders up to date
  • File complete sales documents, digital and/or hard copies – vendor PO’s, projections sheets, repair worksheets, final invoices
  • Assist with used equipment/Post warranties
  • Submit warranty cards to correct vendor on sales if new units
  • Oversee reps complete every step of the sales process – assist if needed
  • Submit Ag Direct/northland Capital applications
  • Repair worksheets
  • Date entry for projections – helps customer get trade-in prices in a timely manner

 Parts

    • Submit warranty claims on behalf of the parts team
    • Assist with sales ordering process and updating pricing of parts in the computer system

QUALIFICATIONS

This position is a great fit for you if you:

  • Have 2+ years of related experience OR an associate degree in a related program.
  • Can use computer programs as needed to complete your work.

PREFERRED SKILLS

The following skills are not required but are a plus:  

  • Familiar with QuickBooks
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Docs
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
