Marketing Coordinator

JOB DESCRIPTION

Lead and oversee multiple marketing channels including social media, websites, and advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies, manage content creation, and coordinate marketing activities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee and manage all marketing functions including social media, websites, and advertising.
  • Collaborate with other departments (sales, product development, finance, etc.) to keep product offerings, pricing, and promotions current, ensuring they are up-to-date and competitive.
  • Design, produce, and track promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements.
  • Ensure all marketing materials are consistent with the brand’s messaging and visual identity.
  • Determine the best advertising platforms (digital, print, etc.) and run effective ad campaigns to reach target audiences.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of ad campaigns, adjusting strategies as necessary.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for marketing strategies based on performance data.
  • Ensure proper documentation and communication with relevant teams regarding donation initiatives.
  • Manage the company website, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and aligned with current marketing campaigns and objectives while using third-party resources.
  • Collaborate with web development teams for necessary updates, improvements, and optimization.
  • Assist in the management of the dealer program by developing comprehensive guides, coordinating the procurement of apparel and products, creating targeted email/text groups, and supplying dealers with marketing and advertising materials to support their sales efforts.
  • Manage Post Equipment Company’s clothing for employees and customers.
  • Manage future dealer portals.
  • Assist the HR department with job position openings, creating advertisements, and other recruitment-related marketing activities.

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and traditional marketing strategies.
  • Proficient in marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, SEO, social media management, email marketing, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of related experience OR an associate degree in a related program.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactical marketing initiatives.
